Pure Life Designs is a small business specializing in graphic T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, personalized apparel, and DTF transfers.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, and website content as needed. Any changes to these Terms of Service will apply prospectively, except where otherwise permitted by law.
2. Products and Availability
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
Please understand that:
Actual garment colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Product availability may change.
Design placement and dimensions may vary slightly depending on garment size.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and available options before ordering.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities, subject to applicable law.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom orders are created using the information provided by the customer.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization instructions.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that cannot reasonably be produced or that raise legal or intellectual property concerns. Any payment collected for an order we decline will be refunded as required.
4. Customer-Submitted Artwork
By submitting designs, logos, photographs, or other artwork, customers confirm that they own the material or have the necessary permission to reproduce it.
Customers agree not to submit artwork that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Pure Life Designs reserves the right to refuse artwork that may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Pure Life Designs.
5. DTF Transfers
We offer Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers for customers who want to apply designs to compatible garments.
Customers are responsible for checking design dimensions and following the application instructions supplied with their transfers.
Application requirements may vary depending on the material, equipment, and type of transfer.
Pure Life Designs is not responsible for damage resulting solely from improper application or failure to follow supplied instructions. This does not exclude liability for defective products or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted at an agreed price.
Payment is required through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
7. Order Processing and Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Estimated processing times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.
Shipping transit times are separate from processing times and may vary based on the shipping carrier and delivery destination.
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the required delay or cancellation options and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and contacting us promptly about any errors.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Eligible ready-made apparel may qualify for returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions in that policy.
Custom and personalized products and DTF transfers are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Order Cancellations
Customers who wish to change or cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
Custom orders may become ineligible for voluntary cancellation once production begins.
This does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided under applicable law.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content created or owned by Pure Life Designs, including photographs, text, branding, and original designs, belongs to Pure Life Designs or its licensors.
This does not include customer-owned artwork or third-party material.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without the appropriate permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Website Use
Customers agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing orders.
We reserve the right to address fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, and conduct that disrupts our website or services, subject to applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Life Designs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
